A Quick List [Updated April 2024]
When you apply for a Residence visa to Portugal, the Consulate or VFS Global office you report to depends on where you reside in the United States. Keep in mind that it may not always be convenient or close to where you live.
You cannot choose the Consulate/VFS Global office you want to apply to. This Quick List provides the names of the Consulate/VFS Global office location and areas of jurisdiction that are assigned to those locations. In many cases, there may be special requirements such as the types of documents required, whether you can submit them electronically or in person, how you can make an appointment, and the specific allowable timeframes for submitting those documents. The information on this list has been compiled using the most current data available. However, you should do your own research to be sure that the information is accurate.
