I wish I could add a photo here. We have 4 photos of the cantadors that are honored in the tiles set into walls along the main street. Did you encounter the men folding lavender into dense cones to scent drawers.and cabinets? And of course, a tour of Shariz distillery nearby. It's a diverse area to explore!
Thanks for your comment, Susan. We were in the village for a short time so didn't have the chance to see everything in the area this time. But it's a relatively short drive for us and we plan to do more exploring of the area this year. If you have any other recommendations to share, I'd love to have them! - CW
