I’m taking a little break from writing for a few weeks to do some traveling, visit with family, spend some time with friends, and to recharge my creative batteries. Paul and I are looking forward to 2023 and sharing more of our experiences, challenges, and adventures with you on Our Portugal Journey. My first post for the New Year will arrive next week in your email inbox on January 5, 2023. In the meantime, I’ve selected some content for you from some of my favorite fellow writers and vloggers whose work I respect. I hope you’ll enjoy the work of these talented people during my break.
Guest Post from Wine Wanderings.
This week I have selected a post from Tricia Conover who pens Wine Wanderings. Tricia is a wine expert who holds a Diploma of Wine from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, a designation as a Certified Spirits Specialist, and a certification as an American Wine Expert.
Tricia has been published in several wine, travel, and food publications and she travels throughout the world attending wine and food events, meeting winemakers, and tasting wines.
While visiting the Alentejo region of Portugal, Tricia found some excellent white wines that she recommends. Although summer is still a way off, it’s never too early to find some summer sippers or better still, to plan a trip to Portugal’s Alentejo region.
Read White Wines of Portugal – Alentejo Region from Tricia Conover.
P.S. – If you have questions about moving to or living in Portugal, click on the About tab on my website to get in touch with me as I’ll be checking emails regularly and will be happy to hear from you.

Carol, Thank you so much for including my Wine Wanderings newsletter on the wines of Portugal's Alentejo region! Cheers, Tricia
