September 01 marks my one year anniversary for being home in Portugal. Coming from the states where everything is genetically modified, or the natural state is disturbed I found the shelf stable eggs and milk to be quite refreshing. I'm still puzzled about the chef's stable milk. I also found the flavors of fruits and vegetables and also meets to be an eye opener. Food in Portugal is not poisoned with chemicals therefore, the food here it goes bad pretty quickly.
